High School Sports: Week 4 football player of the week nominees

Nominees for The Columbian's high school football player of the week for Week 4 of the season.

To cast your vote for player of the week honors, go to The Columbian's prep sports Facebook page at www.facebook.com/360preps.

Voting will continue through 8 p.m. on Tuesday and be announced in Wednesday's edition of The Columbian.

Trent Cowan, Union: Cowan caught six passes for 90 yards and one touchdown, set up one TD with an interception and another TD with a 42-yard punt return and kicked a 37-yard field goal in Union's win over Bonney Lake.

Jacob Dennis, Skyview: Dennis caught four passes for 130 yards and two long touchdowns plays in a win over Enumclaw.

Clayton Farr, Ridgefield: Farr scored three touchdowns, rushed for 60 yards on nine carries and caught three passes for 41 yards in the Spudders' win over Hudson's Bay.

Kevin Haynes, Battle Ground: Haynes rushed for 222 yards on 21 carries and scored two touchdowns in the Tigers' win over Auburn-Mountainview.

Loren Standiford, Heritage: Standiford completed 12 of 26 passes for 328 yards and five touchdowns in the Timberwolves' win over Decatur.
