Lady Gaga: Singing in Space in 2015

She never fails to impress with her unique shows, and now Lady Gaga will be the first singer to perform in outer space.

The "Born This Way" singer, along with her "glam squad" will be on-board a Virgin Galactic space shuttle to perform a single track during the 2015 Zero G Colony tech festival.

The three-day Zero G Colony is held at the Spaceport America in New Mexico and features world-class entertainment along with the best technology on Earth.

Lady Gaga's portion of the fest is set to take place day three at dawn approximately six months after the first Virgin Galactic commercial flight.

A source close to the 27-year-old singer told Us Weekly, "She has to do a month of vocal training because of the atmosphere."

"Gaga has taken out a ridiculous life insurance policy!" another source also stated to Us Weekly.
